The Exchange

At the core of our community lies the Exchange. A community hub known for uplifting and welcoming all walks of life in a safe and engaging environment. As a gathering point, classes, workshops and programs are run here daily for the community.

  • Are you looking for reliable food support?

    At the Exchange we offer the food support program which allows for those struggling to have access to fresh and non-perishable food.

    You can also volunteer, donate or directly hold a food drive to help others in your community!  Contact Kim D’Eri, kderi@ccs4u.org.

  • Are you looking for Social Support to help solve your everyday problems?

    CCS supports individuals and families in our community through various programs and resources. At the Exchange, social support comes in a variety of forms from extended programs addressing life’s challenges like finding a job or affordable housing or simply sharing a cup of coffee and your story.

  • Are you looking to participate in workshops and learn useful everyday skills?

    At the exchange we design and implement programs and workshops intended to enrich the lives of those in the community.The Exchange programs and workshops range from yoga and exercise to cooking, planting and crafts, and even seniors day programs. The experiences we give to our community and its members are innovated and consistently inventive.
