Live-In Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Worker

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual as a Live-In Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Worker. This unique opportunity involves caring for multiple private residential properties in Caledon, Ontario. The position includes a private, one-bedroom on-site residence, located on a beautiful 22-acre property surrounded by nature in a quiet rural setting. In exchange for hands-on property care, we offer rent-free living, a flexible schedule, and a respectful, long-term working relationship. Additional compensation may be available based on experience and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Mowing lawns and trimming edges across multiple properties, Seasonal landscaping (planting, pruning, mulching, etc.), Snow removal and de-icing from driveways, walkways, and outdoor areas, General grounds upkeep (leaf blowing, debris removal, fence repair, etc.), Equipment maintenance and basic property repairs as needed.

Requirements: Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance, Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions, Able to operate and maintain lawn mowers, snow blowers, and other tools, Self-motivated and capable of working independently, Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation, and Non-smoker preferred; references required.
