Job Overview: We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to our operations, handling invoicing, accounts receivable, and related financial duties for our 3PL business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare, process, and verify invoices accurately and on time.
· Manage accounts receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and client billing requirements.
· Maintain accurate financial records and resolve billing discrepancies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes.
· Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable (3PL industry experience is a plus).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
· Previous experience with SAP-ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a bounus
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills.
